Since their debut on the runway at Paris Fashion Week in October 2002 with the Y-3 collection, Yohji Yamamoto and adidas have been building that legacy.
With releases like the TERREX SWIFT R3 GTX and Y-3 Forum-Hi, Y-3 continues to push the boundaries of design 20 years later. Yamamoto and adidas have reissued the Y-3 Qasa High as the next Y-3 release from their extensive archive.
The Y-3 Qasa High re-release stays true to the original silhouette, which was first released in 2013. The one-to-one reissue includes the signature EVA midsole, which was inspired by adidas’ Tubular running technology from the 1990s. This is combined with the classic high-top neoprene sock-like upper, which includes elasticated strapping, a leather toe cap, and a suede heel lining.
The adidas Y-3 Qasa High will be available globally on May 25th at 12 p.m. CDT on adidas.com, adidas CONFIRMED, adidas storefronts, and select retailers for $400 USD.
