Air Jordan 1 High Zoom CMFT Arrives In “University Blue”

Creating new sneaker iterations, Nike and Jordan Brand often derrive inspiration from one another’s recognizable designs. As an illustration, given that it makes reference to Michael Jordan‘s alma mater, both brands frequently use the “University Blue” theme for stylization.

The Tar Heel-inspired colorway has previously been seen on the Air Huarache and is currently making its way onto the Air Jordan 1 High Zoom CMFT.

The college-friendly accent can be found throughout the base layer, including the lower heels, toe tips, eye stays, and cut-out Swoosh logos. Powdery blue seeps into the forefoot overlays and collar flaps, which feature angelic ball-and-wings logos.

The rest of the upper is made of light bone suede and mesh collars, with the laces colored in “Sail.” Underneath it all, the midsoles are swathed in a creamy application and stacked on top of “University Blue” outsoles.

Although a release date has not been set, Nike and select Jordan Brand retailers will most likely stock these in the coming months.
