Alpha Industries has released a limited-edition capsule of bombers and tees to commemorate the 36th anniversary of the original Top Gun film and the release of the long-awaited Top Gun: Maverick sequel.
Alpha Industries’ signature MA-1 Bomber is featured in the collection, with red and blue flight tags on the shoulder pocket and “TOP GUN” title graphics across the left chest and back.
A CWU 45/P bomber jacket, which features fold-down collars and an array of patches around the chest and sleeves, is an alternative option that more closely resembles the styles worn by Tom Cruise in the original film.
A removable “Top Gun” patch is incorporated on the chest, and blue flags on the shoulder pocket display the text “I feel the need… The need for speed!” Two exterior flap pockets and a hidden welt pocket are also included.
Three T-Shirt designs highlight the elite US Fighter Weapons School, also known as TOPGUN, and the bold Lt. Tom “Iceman” Kazansky character from the original film.
The Alpha Industries website is now exclusively selling the TOP GUN x Alpha Collection. The tees range in price from $44 to $335 for the bombers.
