Bottega Veneta is back with another round of webbing bags, this time in a reversed colorway with a matching backpack, following up on its woven Cassette in “Parakeet.”
Starting with the Cassette, the house’s signature intreccio reverse logo webbing weave in black is embroidered with “Parakeet” green branding. A hidden magnetic fastening system makes opening and closing the Cassette simple, with silver-toned Bottega Veneta “V” hardware on the strap and another metal element holding the strap in place.
Similarly, the backpack has a black webbing base with “Parakeet” green branding embroidered on it, but the webbing has a slightly worn appearance. Green webbing straps and silver-toned hardware also appear on the side, along with silver zippers on the top and front pockets, the latter of which has two triangular carabiner-style clips that secure it to the main bag.
The woven Cassette from Bottega Veneta costs $2,500 USD, while the backpack costs $3,300 USD. Both are currently available for purchase on Bottega Veneta’s website.
