Bravur Revamps Its La Corsa Rosa Chronograph for Summer 2022

Swedish watchmaker Bravur has given the La Corsa Rosa model a few updates for Summer 2022 after introducing it to its Grand Tour series in 2021.

The revamped timepiece, which debuted just in time for the start of the 2022 Giro d’Italia, keeps much of its predecessor’s design cues, pairing sleek black shades with vibrantly contrasting pink tones as a tribute to the leader’s jersey worn during the multi-stage cycling race through Italy.

Unlike the model from 2021, the chronograph now has an outer bezel as well, which is painted black and has contrasting hour markers running along it. Three pink gradients cover the three subdials at 3, 6, and 9 o’clock, as well as the checkered chapter ring and the seconds hand for the chronograph function.

The internal movement has also been updated, now using Sellita’s automatic SW511b movement with a 62-hour power reserve. A black, patterned FKM rubber strap completes the ensemble.

Bravur’s 2022 iteration of the La Corsa Rosa, limited to just 50 pieces, is now available for $2,550 USD on the watchmaker’s website.
