Dsquared2 Men’s Spring/Summer 23 is Not For The Typical Surf Bum

Dean and Dan Canten, a Canadian duo, soaked their latest Dsquared2 collection in Jamaican sunshine. Lines merged and colors sizzled as they melted in the heat.

Multi-colored prints of swirling designs in sun-like shapes met oversized silhouettes, baggy shorts printed with hibiscus flowers, and slouchily tailored tartan blazers, all inspired by the easygoing nature of surfer dudes and the melodic energy of reggae beats.

Tie-dye shirts became psychedelic, especially when paired with flared patchwork denim appliquéd with marijuana leaves in the style of the 1970s. If you prefer an adrenaline rush, tough biker silhouettes were reworked in multicolored leather and studded acid-wash denim.

Various leather pieces were adorned with the iconic Honda logo alongside graphic tees printed with images from the Bob Marley Foundation – striped knits crafted in a trio of Jamaican flag shades were further homages to the musician. The Dsquared2 man is the chillest of them all in a blissed-out world.
