As a leader in global prestige beauty with quality skincare, makeup, haircare, and fragrance for diverse consumers, the Estée Lauder team has handpicked a variety of beauty essentials with products that cater to the unique needs and beauty desires of American Latinas.

Estée Lauder enlisted Latina leadership members to outline beauty products beloved by Latinas, including Rosi Ajjam, Senior Vice President, General Manager of Aveda in North America, Michelle Freyre, Clinique‘s Global Brand President, Jocelyn Biga, Estée Lauder’s Director of Global Pro Artistry, and Kimberly Villatoro, Vice President, General Manager of Smashbox/GLAMGLOW in North America.

Furthermore, the box contains cult-favorite beauty and skincare purchases such as Smashbox’s The Original Photo Finish Smooth & Blur Oil-Free Primer and Always On Cream Eye Shadow in “Rose,” as well as the GLAMGLOW Supermud Instant Clearing Treatment Mask.

To round out the project, Reyna Noriega, a Miami-based Afro-Latina visual artist, author, and educator, was commissioned to produce the “Loved by Latinas” artwork, which was inspired by the joy, beauty, and resiliency of being a woman.
