As sleeveless tops, skirts, pants, and jackets have been embellished with some of the largest-ever zipper sizes that have been constructed and produced for a high-end clothing line, LV’s next season’s zippers, buckles, and pockets will arrive in XL sizes for womenswear.

Following the contrasted white-and-black skirt set that served as the show is opening look and featured blown-up shoulder straps and a bumped thigh line, Ghesquière unveiled a number of additional looks with the same over-the-top detailing in the form of zip-up dresses, fitted trousers, jackets, and blazers.

The enormous zipper pulls, which came in a variety of hues including white, black, red, taupe, and blue, were set against soft wool and leather fabrics.

Accessories also embraced the large-sized trend; handbags with enlarged pull tabs and monogrammed “LV Key” rings both made an appearance on the runway. As a flurry of leather zip sets finished the presentation, many utilitarian-chic pocket swathes were put across the chest and thighs, giving pockets the enormous treatment as well.
