While the pair seen on the runway was teal, it is currently unavailable online. Instead, a dependable black hue or a fiery pink vision is applied to the padded boots, a pair that explores Jonathan Anderson‘s love of shapes and texture, as he does so frequently with his work for his own label and LOEWE.
The boots are made of polyester on the outside and rubber on the inside, resulting in a chunky look. Roundness is key, with a bulbous and playful toe, tongue, and side construction that leans into JW Anderson’s Bumper range. However, tactile elements such as rope laces dangling from metal hiking eyelets, a tie system at the back that weaves against branded webbing, and a ridged outsole make this pair suitable for outdoor adventures.
