Kanye West, the artist who now goes by Ye, has received three new gold and platinum certifications from the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA).
According to the RIAA website, Ye and JAY-Z‘s 2011 collaboration “Ni**as in Paris” has sold nine million units and is now certified 9x platinum — only a million units away from diamond status. The DONDA artist’s tracks “No More Parties in LA,” produced by Madlib and featured on The Life of Pablo, and “Family Business,” featured on The College Dropout, have also gone platinum and gold.
West recently collaborated with Future on his latest album, I NEVER LIKED YOU, and designed both his and Pusha T‘s album merchandise.
