The camera, made in Wetzlar, Germany, is back in its original form with the same optical characteristics. The re-edition also contains the camera’s stainless steel front ring, attachable lens hood, and focus ring.

A second lens hood with an E46 thread for filter use is one of the camera’s new features. The camera’s soft image characteristics allow it to achieve a variety of artistic effects.

The Leica Summilux-M 35 f/1.4 costs $3,895 USD and is available now online, in Leica stores, and through select merchants.
