Lil Wayne’s 2011 ‘Sorry 4 the Wait’ Mixtape Hits Streaming Platforms

Lil Wayne‘s 2011 album Sorry 4 The Wait has made its way to streaming platforms more than ten years after its first release.

The mixtape, released as an apology for the postponement of his ninth album Tha Carter IV, sampled 12 previously released tracks by various artists, including Drake’s “Marvin’s Room,” Beyoncé’s “Run the World (Girls),” and Adele’s “Rolling in the Deep.”

The version available only on streaming platforms includes four additional tracks. There’s “Cameras,” which has Allan Cubas, and “Anti-Hero,” which features Lil Tecca, as well as “Lil Romeo.” Yung Bleu also appears on the cassette as the producer of the single “Bleu Snappin.'”
