It’s here, with the Metropolitan Museum of Art’s Costume Institute gala yesterday. Hosted by Rihanna, Amal Clooney, Donatella Versace, Anna Wintour, and Stephen and Christine Schwarzman, the gala is expected to draw crowds of fashion and art lovers to the Met in their most reverent ensembles.
Celebrating the Costume Institute’s new exhibition, “Heavenly Bodies: Fashion and the Catholic Imagination,” curated by Andrew Bolton.
