ASICS is not messing around when it comes to collaborations this season, from crafting limited-to-200 GEL-KAYANO 14 with Zack Bia’s Field Trip Recordings label to fashioning an icy colorway with Renell Medrano’s ICE STUDIOS imprint.
To add to its growing momentum, the Japanese sportswear company has teamed up with NAKED to create a new ASICS GEL-1130 “Sage Green” colorway.
For this iteration, the Copenhagen-based retailer leans toward the brighter end of the color spectrum. The mesh base constructions, which are made of vegan materials, are polished in a bright white, with touches of “Sage Green” on the toe tip and heel overlays, the signature tiger stripes on the sides, and the tongue branding.
Shimmering silver hits adorn the forefoot and lower throat, the latter of which houses a small ASICS emblem. The midsole pieces below have an eggshell exterior, while the mid-foot and rear molds have a more minty allure. NAKED will release these on August 11th.
