Suicoke, a Japanese footwear label, is a collaborative force to be reckoned with. ENGINEERED GARMENTS, OCTOBER’S VERY OWN, and NEEDLES have all joined forces with the brand this year.
Now, it is teaming up with streetwear powerhouse NEIGHBORHOOD for a follow-up to their MOTO Sandal from last year.
Suicoke’s DEPA is the model of choice this time. Original jacquard tapes scream NEIGHBORHOOD and its motto “CRAFT WITH PRIDE” in the foreground, while the classic logo is engraved on a tonal Vibram sole. Woven labels from NEIGHBORHOOD and Suicoke complement the upper and heel tapes.
Each pair is outfitted with complementary detailing and comes in black and gray colorways. A white woven label and white text on the jacquard tape add a splash of color to the black version, while the gray version has black labels and text.
This summer-ready collaboration will be available on June 4 through Suicoke, NEIGHBORHOOD, and official NEIGHBORHOOD stockists.
