For almost 30 years, the NikeBlazer Mid has been a stalwart in the Swoosh’ range. With a timeless silhouette and strong construction, the sneaker is likely to remain just as relevant in 30 years as it is today.
The Blazer has gone through several revisions over the years, from a massive “Jumbo” makeover to a slew of Low models, including a partnership with ACRONYM.
The latest iteration features a slight but stylish update to the famous Blazer Mid, with the Swoosh available in both black and a “Light Smoke Grey” coloring. The sneaker is timeless and modest, and it will go with any outfit. The Nike Blazer Mid “Light Smoke Grey” is now available in select Japanese shops, but the shoe is set to appear in the United States in early 2022.

Nike Blazer Mid ‘77 “Recycled Felt Pack”
The Nike Blazer Mid ‘77 “Recycled Felt Pack” is part of the brand’s eco-friendly “Move to Zero” campaign focused on sustainability. Recycled felt fabric is applied to the iconic mid-top silhouette, whilst other design cues include a predominately black leather upper and contrasting grey suede overlay panels on the toe and forefoot. Additional branding appears in the form of an embroidered Electric Green Nike logo on the tongue, whilst a vulcanized rubber sole finishes off the look.
The Nike Blazer Mid Vintage ‘77 has a style that matches its retro design. Utilising a white leather construction, the Blazer’s upper features vintage-looking suede panels along both the side and toe box. A retro Nike logo appears on the tongue and old school “NIKE” typography appears on the heel. The cream Swoosh adds to the classic style and the midsole has a yellowed appearance that makes the shoe look worn in. With nostalgic appeal, the Nike Blazer Mid Vintage proudly nods to its 1970s roots.
