Following the release of a capsule honoring the works of legendary artist and designer Barney Bubbles, NOAH is now releasing a capsule honoring Jimi Hendrix, one of the most well-known musicians of the twentieth century and arguably the greatest guitarist of all time.
A series of paneled T-shirts and sweaters featuring photography, cover art, and stylized title typography of Hendrix’s popular track “And The Gods Made Love,” debut album Are You Experienced, and Axis: Bold as Love album in a Hindu-inspired psychedelic art style are among the highlights of the collection.
Flower prints are printed on the sleeves of long-sleeve tees and embroidered on half-button Oxford shirts and dark corduroy pants, inspired by Hendrix’s colorful clothing and floral pattern guitar. A limited-edition skateboard deck with Hendrix’s kaleidoscope Axis: Bold as Love album art on the back completes the collection.
The NOAH capsule is now available at select NOAH locations and will be available for purchase on May 5 on the brand’s online store.
