Following an initial announcement, Paramount+ has now released a teaser for South Park: Post Covid.
The upcoming film, set 40 years after the events of South Park: Pandemic Special, will serve as a follow-up to the Emmy-nominated South Park: Pandemic Special, and will feature Stan, Kyle, Cartman, and Kenny as adults.
The teaser implies that the kids will have to band together once more to solve an unspecified problem. Aside from seeing Stan and Kyle as adults, we also see Stan’s father Randy Marsh, who has visibly aged, saying, “It’s not a special, it’s an exclusive event,” referring to the Pandemic Special.
South Park: Post Covid will be available on Paramount+ November 25. A second made-for-TV movie is also expected to arrive sometime in December.
