Every year, Nike goes through its archive to decide which of its classic silhouettes it might revive. The Air Kukini is one model that has received a lot of attention in 2022.
The Terminator High, on the other hand, appears to be the next model of interest, having recently resurfaced at COMME des GARÇONS Homme Plus‘ Spring/Summer 2023 showroom and in “Georgetown,” one of its original colorways that uses the university’s color palette. The Terminator High has a new but familiar look.
The Air Force 1 Low‘s “Cocoa Snake” colorway, which was last seen in 2018, is now being released alongside the 1985 Terminator High. The highlight of this pair is its snakeskin overlays, which are set off by the white leather that makes up the upper.
The rubber outsole, leather Swooshes, laces, tongue, and heel branding—which says “NIKE” on both shoes—all serve as accents on the shoe. A sail midsole rounds out this retro style.
The Nike Terminator High “Cocoa Snake” and other Terminator High colorways have yet to be released. However, expect Nike and select retailers to stock pairs soon at a price of $120 USD.
