Vacheron Constantin Releases a Crisp New White Gold Traditionnelle Calendar

Vacheron Constantin‘s new Traditionnelle full calendar features a sharp contemporary slate grey design on a traditional calendar watch.

The 41mm watch bears all of the trademarks of golden age, mid-century watch design, including dauphin hands and a railway minute track, but with more modern dimensions and an austere color palette.

The day and month windows are on opposing sides of the dial, with a date scale running around its perimeter, denoted by a crescent-tipped central pointer, and a moonphase at six o’clock. The complete calendar arrangement adds a moonphase to the day/date/month triple calendar combination of problems, requiring just one modification every 122 years.

The watch, which is powered by Vacheron Constantin’s Calibre 2460 QCL/1 4Hz automatic movement, was previously available in 18k pink gold and is now available in 18k white gold with a “velvet-finish” slate grey dial.

The Traditionnelle complete calendar is available now via Vacheron Constantin, priced at $47,785.
