Stefflon Don Teases "Island 54" Album with "The One"

Stefflon Don‘s long-awaited Island 54 album is on the horizon, and while it’s been a minute since her last project, she’s been serving up some sizzling singles to whet our appetites.

Produced by the talented trio of B Don, Nathan Butts, and Tyree Hawkins, “The One” is a certified earworm. With lyrics like, “No, I’m not gonna learn, but try one time, wanna turn / You hear dem turn nuff lie ’bout me ’cause them badmind,” Stefflon Don’s signature swagger shines through.

But what’s a hit single without an eye-catching music video? Directed by Lux London, the visuals for “The One” are nothing short of glamorous. Stefflon Don graces the screen in a variety of sultry outfits, proving once again that she’s got the style and attitude to match her lyrical prowess.

In a recent interview with Hunger Magazine, Stefflon Don shared insights into her upcoming Island 54 album, revealing that she’s taking this project more seriously than ever. “With this project, I’m taking it a lot more seriously. I just spent more time on it and thought, ‘What do I really love? And what do my family and friends really love the most?'” she explained.

After two years of dedicated work, she’s ready to unleash her creation on the world. And as she aptly puts it, “It’s just a vibe.”
