Take a Closer Look at the Nike Air Max Flyknit Racer

Nike is set to release a new model called the “Nike Air Max Flyknit Racer,” which is a hybrid of the 2012 Flyknit Racer and the Air Max Pre-Day.

The first release comes in a classic “Oreo” colorway, with lightweight and breathable Flyknit uppers inspired by the Flyknit Racer and responsive Air unit midsoles inspired by the Pre-Day.

Further inspection reveals matte leather eye stays and heel counters, as well as a reflective pull tab secured at the heels. The tongue has modern Nike Flyknit branding accents, and the insoles have a Move to Zero Pinwheel logo, implying that the shoe is made from recycled materials.

The Pre-Day sole unit is finished off with black Nike Grind outsoles to complete the look. Expect the pairs to release in the coming weeks.
