As a nod to his love of matcha tea, various shades of green dominate the court-ready kicks, which is reinforced by the volt strip that runs down the middle of the lateral and medial sides and is adorned with repetitive “Matcha Matcha Man” text hits.

To represent tapioca balls, a flurry of dots appear on the mudguards, inside the treading, and on the insoles, and the laces provide additional contrast with their peachy appearance. Green quilted lining has also been added to the interiors to give it a more luxurious look and feel.
