In continuation of adidas’ relationship with basketball superstar Candace Parker, part two of the Candace Parker Collection is on its way.
When talking about this joint venture, Parker revealed that “women and girls need more athletes who look, work, think, dream and play like them now more than ever. Our hope is to empower the future of women in basketball and inspire every young hooper to create their own legacy. Part II is influenced by my personal journey and dedicated to the people who have been there every step of the way, especially my daughter Lailaa.” Parker’s most recent signature shoe, the Exhibit B, makes a significant debut with this collection.
The Exhibit B, which is available in six launch colorways, features a mid-top form and the most recent adidas technology, like Lightstrike cushioning, to make sure that these sneakers are court-ready. The other three colorways highlight some of Parker’s influences and achievements while the “Elevated Team” colorways highlight the power of teamwork.
The emerald green “For Lailaa Nicole” pays tribute to her daughter, the purple and gold “Game Royalty” pays homage to African queens, and the ash blue “Windy City” honors Parker’s league championship with the Chicago Sky in 2021.
The Candace Parker Collection Part II will be available on August 1 through adidas and DICK’S Sporting Goods, with the Exhibit B retailing for $120 USD.
