CLOT’s Next Converse Pack Is Inspired by China’s National Mascot

CLOT and Converse are reuniting for a loving “Panda” Pack, as first teased by founder Edison Chen. The collection, which represents togetherness, pays homage to China’s national animal and the positivity that the bear represents.

The duo was created in honor of the country’s WWF International Panda Day, with the goal of highlighting Mother Nature and the importance of protecting our planet.

The imprint transforms two iconic Converse models into its own, with the Chuck 70 Hi and Jack Purcell Ox adorned with fuzzy fur at every turn. The latter’s outer layers are enhanced with Panda-like black-and-white hues, and the tongues have a cozy terry cloth design.

The sneaker has suede linings and rear zippers for easy access. The pair is finished with traditional white toe caps and milky rubber sole units, while black bottoms are stamped with contrasting paw prints.

The low-top Jack Purcell Ox is treated similarly, but with tonal faux fur tongues that resemble the panda’s snug mane. Bright toe caps blend into sole units with decorative touches. Finally, each pair is packaged in forest-printed boxes with black and white laces.

The CLOT x Converse “Panda” Pack will be available at JUICE locations worldwide on November 11th. The sneakers are priced between $120 and $130 USD.
