FDMTL is teaming up with Vans once again for a project that features a trio of OG classics. The Authentic, Sk8-Hi, and Slip-On styles are made from distressed indigo cloth and arrive in only a few days, courtesy of the Japanese denim wear brand.
FDMTL is known for its unequaled level of craftsmanship when it comes to indigo clothes created in Japan. To showcase the material’s resilience, the brand uses patchwork construction and sashiko stitchwork on deeply damaged indigo jacquard cotton denim uppers for its latest collaboration with Vans and its Vault division. The outsoles on all three versions are tonal indigo, which unifies the overall look.
All three patchwork denim designs will be available from Saturday, August 7, at select Vault by Vans retailers.
