The Air Jordan 1, one of the most iterated models in the Jordan Brand collection, got the ball rolling for Michael Jordan and Nike and continues to propel Jordan Brand forward as one of the most sought-after footwear designs of all time.
The Air Jordan 1 Acclimate, first released in 2021, is one of the brand’s most recent attempts to translate the adaptable silhouette to a more specific position. The winter-ready sneaker was first debuted in a “Royal Toe” colorway, which is now being followed by a yellow toe “Chutney” colorway.
The boot-like Air Jordan 1 Acclimate has a high duty leather upper that will keep wearers protected from the weather all year. The classic toe box in “Chutney” features the colorway’s trademark yellow tone with perforations that are sealed to ensure protection.
This yellow is carried over to the Swooshes, tongue branding, outsole, and heel. White covers the upper’s foundation and the thick midsole, while black covers the overlays, laces, tongue, and outsole edge, completing this snow-ready design.
The Air Jordan 1 Acclimate “Chutney” is set to release in the future months through Nike and select retailers for $150 USD.
