NEEDLES Continues Exploring Retro Print in SS23 Collection

While NEEDLES‘ high-profile collaborations frequently revolve around its straightforward two-tone tracksuits, its full seasonal collections serve up constant unrestrained assemblages of fabrics and patterns in line with the label’s hippie Americana aesthetic.

With the help of renowned stylist Masataka Hattori and photographer Kento Mori, NEEDLES’ Keizo Shimizu continues his examination of ’70s street style for the contemporary age for Spring/Summer 2023.

Geometric, psychedelic, polka-dot, checkered, floral, starry, and animal-print patterns can be found on both casual and tailored pieces throughout the collection. Embodying an urban edge, the new additions are designed to look just as at home at a formal event as they do while skating around the city.

The collection features standout pieces like retro-inspired suits, loose-threaded denim jackets, bright reflective paisley sets, retro Ghillie sneakers deconstructed and embellished with purple Papillion patterns, trackpants with logo patches, and jackets and jackets with a rodeo theme.
