In the form of a new Nike Air Force 1 Low “NAI-KE” collection, Phil Knight’s “The One Line” series, an imitation sub-brand conceived in 1979 that omitted the use of the Swoosh as leverage in a legal battle between Nike and the US Government, has been revived once again.
The shoes have surfaced in new “Tan” and “Olive” colorways as part of an Asia-exclusive release, following a “Blue” iteration teased late last year.
The upcoming models feature dyed canvas uppers with Sashiko-style stitching on the side panels and “Nike” written in Mandarin on the geometric-print heel tabs and insoles. The semi-translucent eyestays have a speckled appearance, while the laces and square-patterned midsoles match the base materials’ colors. Below, cream-colored rubber outsoles complete the look.
The Nike Air Force 1 Low “NAI-KE” will release in the coming weeks at Nike’s website and select retailers in Asia.
