For its most recent release, Saucony looked back to its earliest days and drew inspiration from the Pennsylvanian landscape that surrounded its original location.
The shoe, known as the Shadow 6000 Saucony Creek, was inspired by the surroundings and the local environment. Its name comes from the riverbanks where the company’s first factory was situated.
The color scheme, an understated white and green pattern, pays homage to nature, while a variety of pastel details draw design cues from Saucony Creek. The shoe also features a premium construction, including an EVA midsole for added comfort, soft suede, pigskin nubuck, and sections of mesh on the upper.
