After collaborating on a vibrant take on the ZX8000 sneaker, atmos and adidas reunite for an exclusive take on the cult-favorite ADIMATIC sneakers.
The ADIMATIC skate shoes were first released in 1996 and were brought back into the lineup earlier this year with a special commemorative video and lookbook from atmos that recounted the hype surrounding the sneakers in the 1990s.
The retro models are distinguished by oversized three bars branding, round adidas pin logos, and tooth-like accents on white midsoles. The upcoming bespoke ADIMATIC is dressed in signature “atmos Blue” suede uppers with vertical black adidas tongue tags.
To commemorate the launch, atmos collaborates with Japanese painter sKetChboOok3 on a limited-edition graphic tee featuring his bear character dressed in the new collaborative footwear.
The ADIMATIC “atmos Blue” will be available on June 11 for 13,200 JPY (approximately $99 USD) on atmos’ website and directly managed stores, with the collaborative sKetChboOok3 tees priced at 5,940 JPY (approximately $44 USD).
