Teddy Santis’ Debut New Balance MADE in USA Collection

It’s been close to a year since Aime Leon Dore‘s Teddy Santis stepped up to take the reigns as New Balance‘s Creative Director. Now, the creative director of New Balance MADE in USA is finally releasing his debut collection.

Santis, who hinted at a late spring release in an earlier interview this year, only shared a overall look of this season’s footwear on his personal Instagram account last month.

Now, nearly 13 months into his tenure, the first Santis-designed New Balance MADE in USA collection, which includes the 990v1, 990v2, and 990v3, as well as a slew of apparel, is set to drop later this week.

According to reports, the first drop will be divided into three distinct categories: “Elevated Legacy,” which will feature New Balance’s classic colorways used in unconventional ways, “Uniform Staple,” which will feature a selection of enhanced everyday staples, and “Quickstrike,” which will feature innovative shades and materials used across key New Balance models.

While footwear will undoubtedly gin up the most attention, sweatshirts, sweatpants, shorts, and long- and short-sleeve tees will round out the collection, with prices beginning at $65 USD.

The first installment of the collection will be available on the New Balance webstore on April 28.
