Jordan Brand has every intention of mass-producing its popular Air Jordan 1 model this year, and the Air Jordan 1 Low OG is one variation that is expected to see a lot of makeovers.
The silhouette has already been confirmed to release in a UNC-inspired colorway and in collaboration with Travis Scott, but the “Bleached Coral” makeup has just been added to its 2022 arsenal.
Given that this upcoming release features a “Black Toe” arrangement and a dusty pink accent, it immediately brings to mind the Air Jordan 1 High “Rust Pink” that was released for Art Basel in 2017. This shoe stands out because it is a low top with material changes that allow it to stand on its own.
The toe boxes and heel overlays are made of “Bleached Coral” suede, and the overlays around the toe box are made of solid black cracked leather. Next to it are angelic quarter panels and solid black Swooshes, all of which come with the usual smooth leather.
According to early reports, these will be released on June 17, but this has yet to be confirmed.
