Timberland and PANGAIA’s New Collaboration Is All About Color

Timberland and PANGAIA have just unveiled their brand-new collaboration, which looks to contrast the winter season with a mash-up of bright color palettes and experimental iterations of Timberland’s most iconic silhouette.

PANGAIA is no stranger to collaboration, as the brand is constantly demonstrating its commitment to working with artists, communities, and changemakers through innovative collaborations — just look at the brand’s recent collaboration with Vandy the Pink — and this new collection with outerwear specialists Timberland is more of the same.

The collection was inspired by nature, and the footwear capsule combines partly natural materials and bold colors across a reimagined six-inch boot and a Fabric Slip-On Mule. While this collaboration revitalizes an iconic Timberland silhouette, it also maintains its classic DNA by using renewable materials like responsibly-grown rubber, abaca plant fiber, and organically-grown cotton. The reimagined style is available in a variety of eye-catching colorways, including “Galaxy Pink,” “Palm Green,” and Timberland’s signature “Wheat.”

Timberland and PANGAIA designed the Mule using Timberland’s “Timberloop” design process, with the outsole and inner webbing system designed to be easily disassembled at the end of the shoe’s life. To close the loop, Timberland has asked its followers to return the product once it is no longer in use so that it can be recycled and given a second life.

The PANGAIA x Timberland collaboration will be available from November 3 on the official Timberland website and select Timberland stores.
