With its year-round availability of its simple yet elegant looks, New Balance has found a winning formula. The “Sea Salt” colorway is one that has particularly shone lately.
The design, which debuted on the MADE in USA line’s 990v2 and 990v3 models in May, is now present on the New Balance 90/60. The 90/60, which recently made its runway debut with Mowalola’s Spring/Summer 2023 show, is now being presented with a more composed attitude.
The layered upper in “Sea Salt” favors various beige and gray tones all over. It has leather overlays in two more beige shades and two grays, starting with a beige mesh base at the upper.
The medial uses a deconstructed and embroidered “N” logo, while the lateral features the standard “N” logo in gray with black and white outlines. As a black rubber outsole completes the detailing of this pair, the ABZORB sole unit draws even more inspiration from the wide color spectrum.
Release details regarding a stateside launch have not popped up yet. However, the New Balance 90/60 “Sea Salt” will be available internationally through select retailers such as 43einhalb at a price of €150 EUR (approx. $156 USD) on July 16.
