Saucony Releases a New York Cheesecake-Inspired Shadow 6000 Colorway

When it comes to creating fun sneakers, Saucony never strays too far from the food world. In the past, we have seen the brand serve up an iteration inspired by avocado toast, an offering inspired by a food fight, and now the American sportswear company has cooked up a brand new Shadow 6000 edition that is motivated by the traditional New York cheesecake.

The sweet dessert’s ingredients are incorporated into the upper of the shoes. Its perforated leather construction is generated with an off-white exterior, which is matched with rosy pink overlays on the quarter panels and mudguards.

The back windows, Saucony logos, tongues, and laces are all drenched in red to resemble the delightful strawberry glaze topping that is commonly associated with the after-dinner delicacy.

In addition, actual strawberry emblems are placed on the tongues, which feature Saucony branding, as well as all over the insoles. The golden and brown bottoms are meant to resemble graham cracker crust.

Those interested in purchasing a pair can do so right now at Saucony for $140 USD.
