The New Trailer for Jordan Peele’s Horror Film “Nope” Reveals Why Everyone Is Terrified of the Sky

Nope, Jordan Peele‘s forthcoming horror film, has received a new trailer from Universal Pictures.

After months of teases and rumors, fans finally have a better idea of what the next film is about and why everyone seems to be frightened of the sky.

After Keith Haywood’s character Otis Srabrupt .’s death, the new terror has little to do with the weather, according to the trailer. The plot thickens as Emerald Haywood (Keke Palmer) and Otis Jr. (Daniel Kaluuya) try to discover out what caused his death and what to do with the family’s ranch.

While both siblings are prepared to step up and take over in their father’s absence, Otis Jr. believes their father was assassinated by an extraterrestrial lurking in the clouds above.

Peele wrote and directed the film, which also stars Kaluuya and Palmer, as well as Steven Yeun, Michael Wincott, and Brandon Perea. The film is set to release on July 22.
